Western-theme inn for sale
We are changing gears! We developed this theme inn with the idea that we would be operating it ourselves, but life takes twists and turns you don't see. Now we are both working for other companies, and do not have the time to devote to taking the inn to the next level. We are looking for the right person to see the opportunity to promote a unique property. The operation is running, the branding is all developed.
The most common guest comment we receive is that the beds are very comfortable and they slept really well. And the place is decorated very well. That has made this so worthwhile! In selecting the furnishings, making the upgrades we did, we thought about what we liked and didn't when we traveled. The bedding we chose is all high quality, 300-thread sheet counts, cotton comforters that are washed regularly. In the bath, we upgraded the showers with curved shower curtains so that the guest never worries about the size of the shower. We offer thick oversized towels. The extra touches like western-style fabric pillow covers and shower curtains set the mood. We aimed for an overnight stay that someone would remember and return to.
